Thanks for your interest. My artist name is Pink Wish.
Why that name? Years ago, I read that Sid Barret created the name “Pink Floyd” by using the names of two people he admired, “Pink” and “Floyd”. Hence the band-name Pink Floyd. I followed the same principle and combined “Pink Floyd” and “Nightwish”. Pink Wish was the best sounding option.
I love my artist name “Pink Wish”.
I live in Luxembourg.
Q. What got you into music and made you realize that it was your chosen path?
A. A few months ago, I wanted to make money by selling lyrics to Billie Eilish. But Universal Music never let me through, in fact there was no way to sell any lyrics. So I decided to hire freelancers to make the music and the singing with my lyrics. It paid off.
Q. Tell us about your new music (Song/EP/Mixtape/Album)? And what’s the story behind it?
A. I am quite spontaneous about new projects. I look for ideas what would sell by listening to popular music. My main interest in music was to publish songs that would become popular and thus generate income for me.
Q. What makes your music unique? How would you describe it? (genres/sub-genres)
A. My music is focused on being popular, because popular sells. I imitate was is popular.

Q. Who are your biggest music influences? And any particular artist/band you would like to collaborate with in the future?
A. My influences: In the present, Billie Eilish is a natural inspiration for me. I grew up musically with the Nightwish from the Tarja Era and with Pink Floyd.
Q. How do you balance your music with other obligations – family, friends or work?
A. No need for balance.
Q. Which is the best moment in your musical career that you’re most proud of? (awards, projects or public performances etc.
A. Ever since I have left production to freelancers, my songs are beloved. So hiring ghost-writers was the best decisions I ever took. And I only got that idea because my services as lyric-writer got rejected.
Q. What advice would you give to aspiring musicians?
A. Hire freelancers for your projects.
Q. If you had one message to give to your fans, what would it be?
A. Enjoy the music and tell all your friends about it.
Q. What’s next for you? Any upcoming projects?
A. My most important next step would be collaborating with Billie Eilish.
