Hey my name is Wolkan, but you know me as “CHAINS”. I was born in Poland in the year 2004, when I turned 3, we moved to Germany, in which I’m living to this day.
Q: What got you into music and made you realize that it was your chosen path?
A: I always liked music, but didn’t consider it as something I would do in the future, until I heard musicians like X and Juice, who inspired me into doing music and pursuing my own thing.
Q: Tell us about “Hypegalion”? And what’s the story behind it?
A: Well I made a promise to myself, that I would release an album until the end of 2022, which I did. The point of “HYPEGALION” is to show off that I’m capable of making songs with multiple genres.
Q: What makes your music unique? How would you describe it?
A: Well a lot… first off I’ve got multiple songs with different genres and all of them made with my unique style, if you don’t believe me well… then just check it out!!
Q: Who are your biggest music influences? And any particular artist/band you would like to collaborate with in the future?
A: Rest in piece X and Juice without them, I wouldn’t be making music…
Collab wise I’m open for everybody.
Q: How long have you been in the music industry?
A: Since 2021, but i started making music when I was 12.
Q: Which is the best moment in your musical career that you’re most proud of?
A: Honestly… just having fun and making friends.
Q: How do you balance your music with other obligations – family, friends or work?
A: I made myself a timetable, it’s quite handy.
Q: What advice would you give to aspiring musicians?
A: Just do you, don’t copy it won’t sound good trust me, find your own style.
Q: If you had one message to give to your fans, what would it be?
A: Thanks for sticking with me, but this is just the beginning.
